Hydra-Fert The pump unit that
is simply built to last can provide cost effective solutions to injecting and metering of
fertilizers and chemicals.
Where accurate metering of low to high volume liquids is required the Hydra-Fert
pump unit can achieve this task. Corrosive and ahrasive solutions are not a problem.
The heart of the Hydra-Fert unit is the Hydra-Cell pump, this
industrial quality pump is capable of delivering a repeatahle flow 24 hours a day which
makes it suitable for the most demanding injection applications.
The Hydra-Fert unit can be supplied in various drive options, 240v, 415v and
bare shaft for V-belt drive. They can be fully automated with existing irrigation
controllers.
The versatility of the Hydra-Cell pump is such that other tough agricultural
applications including Insecticide, Fungicide and Herbicide spraying can be undertaken by
this pump. Because it has a maximum pressure capability of 70 bar ( 1000 psi) other
applications such as High Pressure Cleaning, High Pressure Fire Fighting and Powering High
Pressure Fogger Systems can also be achieved.

VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE CONTROLS
The Hydra-Fert unit can be supplied with a frequency inverter. This will accept a signal
from a flow meter to ramp the motor speed up and down so that a desired injection rate is
achieved. These controls can also be programmed with predetermined rates. |
| TANK MIXING EDUCTOR NOZZLES Eductor
Principles: Eductors use a unique venturi design which enables smaller pumps to circulate
large volumes of tank solution. The eductor will circulate four to five litres of solution
for each litre pumped.
Eductors are used for mixing chemicals, suspending solids,
adjusting pH, "sweeping" debris or sludge toward a filter intake and many other
useful applications. Standard material is glass filled polypropylene.
